Accepted Forms of Payment
All prices are shown in US and Canadian dollars on this web site. When ordering with 2Checkout.com,
real time currency exchange rates will be used for that day and time. We do offer multi-currency at the time of purchase,
meaning that you will be able to choose which currency you wish to pay in; the amount you then see will be the amount billed
to your credit card. Your bank statement or credit card bill will reflect your purchase from
our site and will be stated as 2Checkout.com Inc.

like to obtain current information.
Credit Cards
Canadian Tumbleweeds offers a secure shopping cart system that accepts
valid Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. 2Checkout.com is a 100% safe and secure credit card transaction system. You will notice that when you click on the 'buy now' option
when you are ready to put an item in your shopping cart, that you are immediately on a SSL. Upon completion of your order,
you will recieve a copy of your purchase via email, for your own records.
Security
Canadian Tumbleweeds takes every precaution to protect the user's information.
When you make a purchase from us, we will ask for information such as name, address and credit card information. This information
is stored in a secured database, only accesible to employees with access right to this information. User's credit information
is tranferred over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line. This ensures your information is encrypted and cannot be read by any
other internet users. The secure mode will begin upon clicking the 'buy now' button near the item you wish to purchase.
Credit card regulations require that potential customers be informed of
2CO's role as the actual 'seller' by stating the following on my site.-' Some credit card purchases will be sold by 2Checkout.com
- 2Checkout.com, Inc. Ohio, U.S.A. Product or services provided by Canadian Tumbleweeds.' 2CO will handle the sale of
the product, 2CO at no time will physically handle the actual product. Your credit card will not be billed until the
order has been fulfilled and shipped from Canadian Tumbleweeds.

Shipping and Handling
Canadian Tumbleweeds ships Internationally using Canada Post services.
Shipping is free to anywhere in the world, however there will be a handling fee of $5.00
added to every purchase. Your merchandise will be shipped within 5 business days
after receiving proper payment (see below*).
In the unlikely event that it arrives damaged we will either replace it
or refund you in full. You must notify us immediately upon reciept, and item must be returned with the same packaging that
it was originally shipped in ( required for Postal Service damage claim requirements ).
*Custom and large orders may require more time. You will be notified with
shipment details when a custom order is confirmed.
Returns/Refunds
Returns and refunds can be made for any reason within the first 10 days
of receipt of merchandise. The item must be returned with original packaging and insured at full cost. It is the customer's
responsibility and expense to return merchandise. Upon product return you will be issued your refund, less our shipping costs.
*Custom orders are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to
confirm the details of the order; style, colour ect.
*Orders larger than 49 placecard holders are not returnable.
**If you are interested in purchasing large quantities or custom placecard
holders ie; for a wedding. I would like to suggest that you order an amount large enough for the head table first. This will
ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. Custom orders and/or amounts larger than 49 pieces, will not be refunded.
Ontario Residents
An 8% Sales Tax will be added to the total amount of your purchase.
Special Request
Canadian Tumbleweeds would love to create something just for you or someone
special in your life. Customize the style, colour and configuration, all ideas are welcome.
Fill in this short form to email me your idea with any relevant information
that you think I will need (colour, style, quantity) and I will get back to you.
Complimentary Gift Wrapping Service
Your gift will be wrapped and sent to the recipient free of charge. A blank
card with your message will be written and sent along with your gift.
Available with any confirmed order through the 2Checkout.com secure cart,
